The site says that messages will be responded to within 24 hours. I got an automatic email with a receipt of my message, so I know it went through, but it has now been five days, and I have had no response. Thankfully it turns out that many regular taxi services accept cats as long as they are in carriers, and I had very good service from Streamline Taxi, which I would highly recommend.
